At Fintrix, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial technology services to help you build and manage your investment journey. While we aim for full client satisfaction, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.

This Refund Policy outlines when and how users may request a refund for services purchased through Fintrix.


 Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

  • Signal credits or AI tools purchased directly via the platform

  • On-demand training or advisory sessions booked through Fintrix


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  1. Initial Subscription Window

    • You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment if no advanced features (e.g., signal tools, AI bots) have been accessed.

  2. Technical Issues

    • If platform access is significantly disrupted due to technical faults on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours of reporting, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

  3. Duplicate Payments

    • Any verified duplicate charges made in error will be fully refunded.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Partially used services or subscriptions past the 7-day window

  • Activated signals, downloaded insights, or executed trades

  • Subscription renewals after billing has already occurred

  • Services disrupted by user-side technical issues (e.g., browser problems or blocked access)

  • Promotional packages or discounted plans unless stated otherwise


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at billing@fintrixfx.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Registered email address

    • Transaction reference number

    • Reason for your request

  2. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date to be considered.

  3. Our team will assess your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you paid via crypto, refunds will be made in USD-equivalent value at the original transaction rate, minus applicable network or service fees.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
